About Overseas Press Club Foundation

The Overseas Press Club Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization affiliated with the Overseas Press Club, founded in New York City in 1939 by international correspondents committed to strengthening global journalism. For the past 30 years, through times of rapid change and challenge, the OPC Foundation has remained dedicated to supporting the next generation of international reporters. More than 400 graduate and undergraduate students have received our Scholar Awards, which provide scholarships and fellowships in leading international newsrooms including the Associated Press, Reuters, Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal. Our mission is to equip the next generation of journalists with the training and opportunities to provide accurate, unbiased news that people and organizations can rely on. Support young journalists today—they are the voices of tomorrow. Every contribution makes a difference: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=ZY2HYDPQ6LRB8&ssrt=1701219692275
