About Ovesco CIC Ltd

Ovesco (Ouse Valley Energy Services Company) is a community organisation based in Lewes, East Sussex. We help individuals, businesses, and communities take practical action on climate change—by generating clean, local energy, offering expert advice on energy efficiency, and running people-powered projects that build local resilience. Since 2007, we’ve been working to create a fairer, greener future—one that’s shaped by the communities who live in it. Whether it’s installing solar arrays, launching energy-saving initiatives, or supporting others to start their own community energy projects, Ovesco is here to help power change from the ground up.

Founded in 2009 by Howard Johns.
