OwnQuest is an innovative lender that will help first home buyers enter the market with just a 1% cash deposit and no lenders mortgage insurance (LMI) premiums. Our deferred deposit solution is repayable over five years, on a P+I basis, in conjunction with a 90% home loan (subject to servicing). OwnQuest pays any applicable lenders mortgage insurance (LMI) premium. Buying a home with a 5% deposit sounds attractive but it still requires savings of $50,000 on the average home in most capital cities, and that's before any applicable stamp duty and transaction costs. We facilitate home ownership with a deposit of $10,000 (or less) for qualifying buyers, and we pay any LMI premiums.
