About OXELIA
Oxelia is a French deep-tech company building the AOX Index™, the first global standard for antioxidant efficacy — measured in living cells, across four biological pathways, using LUCS®, a patented live-cell technology with 15 years of proprietary R&D. The antioxidant market spanning cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and functional food represents over $570 billion globally. Yet no shared measurement standard exists. Products at any price point carry the same claim with no comparable basis for evaluation. The AOX Index™ changes this. A standardized score from 0 to 400, comparable across formats and categories — the way SPF standardized UV protection, or NutriScore standardized nutritional quality. Oxelia is currently forming its founding consortium of industry partners, research institutions, and longevity professionals to co-develop AOX Index™ version 1 and shape its global adoption. At its core, Oxelia brings measurable science to one of the most fundamental questions in longevity: how well does a product actually protect cellular life? Science-led. Clearly communicated. Shared standards.
