About Oxide Construct

Oxide Construct is a Victorian insurance repair and building company that manages the full claim lifecycle, emergency make-safe, assessment, scoping, trade allocation and completion — through Assessmate, our proprietary claims and construction platform. What separates us is structural. Every project runs via a single point of contact model: the person who first inspects the property is the same person who sees it through to final sign-off. No Assessor-to-estimator-to-coordinator-to-supervisor handoffs. No lost context. One accountable owner from first visit to last. For insurers and loss adjusters, that translates to: • Real-time portal visibility — claims teams, policyholders and trades working from the same live information • Commercial quotes available on the same day as the completed assessment, fully costed with scope and photos attached • 24/7 emergency make-safes • Automated licence, insurance and ABN verification across a 350+ strong trade panel • Immutable audit trail for every action, approval and payment • API-first integration with existing claims management systems We are licensed in Victoria (CDB-U 76013), members of the HIA Vic, and have completed more than 2,500+ claims with excellent customer feedback, with 100% trade compliance enforced by the platform. The regulatory environment is shifting. AFCA recorded 111,373 complaints in 2025, the highest on record, with delay in claim handling the single largest issue across financial services. The Oxide Construct business model was designed specifically for that pressure: shorter cycle times, fewer escalations and a defensible record behind every decision. We're a technology company that builds/repairs. If you're reviewing your panel and looking for something measurably different, we'd welcome the conversation.
