About Oya Construction, LLC

We’re redefining what it means to work in stormwater management. We don’t just check boxes — we protect waterways, restore systems, and help our clients stay compliant without losing their sanity. From construction-phase stormwater inspections to long-term BMP maintenance and CCTV pipe evaluations, we make clean water and compliance easier for everyone involved. We’re a woman-veteran-owned small business built on integrity, innovation, and a healthy dose of humor. Our team of stormwater nerds (and proud of it) believes that construction and environmental protection can work hand-in-hand — and we prove it every day through our boots-on-the-ground expertise, detailed reports, and no-nonsense approach. When you work with Oya, you get more than inspectors. You get partners who genuinely give a damn about your site, your reputation, and the water that runs through all of it.
