About P.B. Sullivan Construction

If there is one thing we have learned, it is that success is a team effort. We have enjoyed more than 40 years of proactive, successful growth in Hawaiʻi by repeatedly exceeding the expectations of our clients. PB Sullivan was founded on core principles of integrity, family values and pride in a job well done, which continue to be the driving force behind all that we do. Our success has come from a dedicated team of hard-working, creative individuals who are talented, energetic and share our values. The combination of engineering, construction management and installation expertise make PB Sullivan a leader in its field. As a full-service company, we’re able to maximize production by offering a wide range of industrial construction and maintenance services. To remain a leader in construction project management, we’ve continually implemented the latest technology, safety measures, quality control methods and customer service best practices. Based in Kīhei, Hawai‘i, we perform all types of construction for municipal, commercial and residential projects in various environments, including ground water, basalt rock, expansive soils; even a combination of all. Projects may be a church or school, a municipal building or healthcare facility, an elaborate industrial complex or retail business center. We put our experience to work for our clients, ensuring that the job is done right, on time and on budget. We approach projects with a "team" mentality, working closely with Developers, Architects, Engineers, and other Contractors to expedite the design and construction process. Utilizing C.A.D. files, 3D Modeling software, and GPS survey equipment we are able to quantify, verify, and review grading plans for a project identifying possible cost increases or savings not typically identified in the bidding process. We review each and every project in detail researching materials and techniques that may result in significant cost savings for the client.
