P. R. Bhuta & Co. was established as a chartered accountant firm in 1979 in Mumbai, the financial capital of India. We have been providing professional services in India for more than four decades. The firm has over time grown to become a multi-service firm providing services ranging from the advisory, execution right to the litigation stage. The core practice areas of our firm include International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Foreign Exchange Laws, and Valuation. We also provide Audit and Assurance services, statutory services to our clients such as filing income tax returns and litigation services. Our firm advises clients on various aspects of cross-border transactions such as the adoption of tax-efficient structuring, ascertaining tax cost of repatriations and other cross-border payments, advisory & compliance services under foreign exchange regulations, valuation for proposed investments, and ascertaining ALP in accordance with transfer pricing regulations. Further, we conduct transfer pricing audits and other attestation services. We also represent clients before the revenue authorities, RBI & Enforcement Directorate. We are one of the few focused firms in India which provide services to Non-Resident Indian Nationals settled out of India and Foreign Nationals living in India (in particular Foreign Exchange Laws consultancy services as well as Taxation services).
