About Pacific Western Painting and Construction

At PacWest Painting and Construction, we know you want to successfully lead your large-scale painting, reconstruction or waterproofing project. In order to do that, you need a reliable contractor. The problem is, most contractors overpromise and underdeliver, which makes you feel nervous about finding and hiring a new vendor. We believe contractors should do what they say they’re going to do and that you shouldn’t have to worry if your project will be done right. We understand how frustrating it can be to find a trustworthy contractor that won’t overpromise just to win the work. Which is why we have been able to help hundreds of HOAs and Commercial Property Managers feel 100% confident in their choice of a partner. Here’s how we do it: 1) We Scope the Project Accurately (so you know that the estimate is realistic and you won’t get nickel-and-dimed with change orders after the project starts). 2) We Communicate with Everyone (so each person involved knows what they need to know when they need to know it). 3) We Check Our Own Work 3x in the First 12 Months - and if anything isn’t right after we complete your project, we get our team to fix it - so you don’t have to police us. To get started, visit our website to request a free and accurate estimate. So you can stop worrying about wasting time and money by hiring the wrong team, and instead successfully complete your project on budget, add value to your property and know you’ve found a reliable contractor you can trust for a long time.
