Pagalbos moterims linija is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting women 24/7 through free and confidential emotional assistance via phone, chat and e-mail. For more than 20 years, we have stood by women across Lithuania, offering a safe and understanding space to be heard, supported and empowered during life’s most challenging moments. Our helpline is sustained by a community of committed volunteers who successfully completed special training courses on the provision of emotional support. Our volunteers receive ongoing supervision to ensure that help is compassionate, skilled, and consistent. We actively collaborate with NGOs, professionals, and institutions to strengthen women’s emotional well-being and raise public awareness about the importance of mental health support in society.
