About Paint Baum

Paint Baum is a Colorado-based painting and coatings company serving Boulder, Longmont, and the greater Front Range. We help homeowners, real estate pros, and commercial partners turn “almost perfect” spaces into clean, modern, move-in-ready homes—fast, organized, and with a finish level you can feel the moment you walk in. What we do: • Interior + exterior painting (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets) • Surface prep + drywall repair, patching, caulking, sanding, and crisp linework • Lead-safe practices for applicable projects (EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm) • Commercial + multi-unit work with jobsite-ready safety standards and tight schedules Recognition & credentials we’re proud of: • Community Votes Platinum Winner 2024 (City of Boulder + City of Longmont) • Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite 2022 + 2023 • Women’s Net Skilled Trades Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 • EPA certified (Lead-Safe) Introducing: Close & Coat — “Vision Before Decision.” Close & Coat is our pre-/post-closing upgrade program built specifically for real estate timelines. We quote quickly, show you what’s possible (including optional visual mockups), start right at closing, finish before movers, and return after move-in for complimentary touch-ups so the home stays looking sharp after the inevitable scuffs. It’s designed to remove the “aesthetic friction” that delays decisions and drains energy. If you’re shopping for a home—or you know someone who is—send them our way. We also offer referral options and partnership opportunities for listing agents, buyer’s agents, brokerages, stagers, and property managers who want a reliable, repeatable path to “move-in ready” with fewer headaches. Let’s make the next home feel finished on day one. Learn more about the Close and Coat program at https://paintbaum.com/close-and-coat Paint Baum, woman owned, details shown.
