Founded and led by Anne Reed, a dual-qualified nurse and legal advocate with over 35 years of combined NHS and legal experience, Paladin offers a unique blend of clinical insight, legal expertise, and compassionate advocacy. Anne’s background spans neurosurgical intensive care, district nursing, and Tissue Viability, alongside two decades as a specialist in clinical negligence and later life care. Drawing on her own experience of caring for an elderly relative, Anne brings a deeply personal understanding to her work. She combines clinical and legal expertise to provide tailored, hands-on support to individuals and families across the UK—helping them navigate the complexities of the NHS and social care systems with empathy, clarity, and practical solutions. As Managing Director and Lead Advocate, Anne works closely with a trusted network of care providers, financial advisers, and professionals to deliver a fully joined-up approach. Our services include hospital discharge support, advising and assessing care options, 24-hour care coordination, NHS Continuing Healthcare and Local Authority funding advice, and acting as attorneys for Health & Welfare and Property & Finance.
