Paletas stands for fruity, handmade organic ice cream from Berlin – 100% natural, vegan, gluten-free, and without additives. Since 2012, we have been combining pure fruit with sustainable production methods at our Berlin ice cream factory, creating a refreshing alternative to conventional ice cream. Product range Our range extends from classics such as strawberry-lime and mango-coconut to creative flavors such as creamy strawberry or cucumber-lemon – Always intense in flavor and naturally fresh. Our mission We combine enjoyment with responsibility. From the very beginning, we have focused on high-quality organic ingredients and whole fruits, consistently avoiding flavors, additives, and palm oil. All varieties are vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free. Sustainability & environment Our production runs on 100% green electricity from Green Planet. We use regional raw materials, short transport routes, and resource-saving processes. Experience & network As an established organic ice cream manufacturer, we work with over 350 partners in the catering and retail sectors and delight ice cream lovers.
