About Palm & Light

Palm & Light is an energetic sanctuary designed to recalibrate the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, realign mindset and soul with inner truth, and support self-growth and personal development. Through intuitive, mind-body-centered Reiki, energetics, and coaching, clients are guided to dissolve energetic blocks, shift out of survival mode, restore regulation and deeper sleep, and release inherited and lived patterns. This work goes beyond “relaxation” — it elevates frequency, rewires subconscious loops, integrates mindset, body, and spirit, and empowers clients to consciously step into their highest potential. Palm honors the founder’s Mesopotamian roots — inspired by the palms of the hands, sacred tools for healing and energy transmission, and the date palm of Mesopotamia, a symbol of life, abundance, and renewal. Light reflects the universal life force flowing through all beings, the illumination that comes from reconnecting to one’s authentic self, and the meaning of the founder’s name. The mission is simple: • Release what no longer serves • Restore nervous system regulation and balance • Align mindset, energy, and body to move through life with clarity, ease, and empowered presence • Support intuitive coaching, self-growth, and conscious development • Step fully into the unstoppable version of yourself 𝐀 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 As a growing practice, Palm & Light is actively welcoming new clients.
