Pambili Natural Resources Corporation (TSX-V: PNN) is a natural resources exploration and development company currently active in Zimbabwe, and in the Canadian province of Alberta. We established our operational presence in Zimbabwe with the Happy Valley Mine, and we've continued our strategy of small-scale gold consolidation in Zimbabwe through the acquisition of the Golden Valley Mine, also in the Matabeleland region. Pambili's board of directors includes: CEO AND DIRECTOR JON HARRIS Mr. Harris, a London-based international management consultant, has more than 30 years of experience, with a focus on project management, process engineering and business analysis. Mr. Harris has served as a Non-Executive Director for several AIM- and TSX-listed companies, including Albania-based Bankers Petroleum Ltd. from 2004 through 2016. He also has experience in leading two AIM listings for clients in the past decade. As a consultant, Mr. Harris has successfully led early-stage mineral exploration projects in French-speaking West Africa. Mr. Harris has both UK and Zimbabwean citizenship. He holds an MBA degree from the London Business School, a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from South Africa’s University of Natal, and a Financial Times Non-Executive Director (NED) Diploma. NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR KEVIN BLANCHETTE Mr. Blanchette has an extensive public company and business background in the areas of industrial automation, asset monitoring solutions, data management and biosciences, with a proven track record of success. He has been a Pambili director since November 2023. NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR JEFF SAXINGER P. ENG Mr. Saxinger is Manager of Projects with Vepica Ltd., an engineering, procurement and construction management company active in the domestic and international oil and gas industries, and has been in the energy industry for more than 22 years. Mr. Saxinger has been a Pambili director since 2008.
