Pandion Music Foundation jobs and careers

About Pandion Music Foundation

Pandion Music Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers people of all ages and backgrounds to discover and sustain a lifelong relationship with music — whether just beginning to explore their creative potential or building a professional career. From first encounters with an instrument or song idea, to in-depth workshops in schools and community spaces, to advanced training for working musicians, Pandion provides inclusive access to resources, education, and community that nurture both artistry and the business of music. Whether learning to write your first song, honing your musicianship, or exploring new collaborations, Pandion supports the skills that fuel expression and connection. And when it comes to building a career, we offer guidance on publishing, streaming, sync, touring, merchandising, brand partnerships, and beyond — helping artists unlock diverse income streams and creative opportunities. By bridging discovery and mastery, craft and commerce, artistry and support for the whole person, Pandion ensures that no matter your age, background, or starting point, there is a place for you in music — and the opportunity to create, thrive, and inspire for a lifetime. All are welcome!
