About Paning Centennial Foundation

The Paning Centennial Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing cultural and educational exchange through art, with a particular focus on Chinese printmaking. For more than three decades, the Foundation has worked to foster cross-cultural understanding by supporting scholarship, research, and public access to art. Central to this mission is For The Love of China, a three-volume publication documenting a significant collection of contemporary Chinese prints. Since its publication, the Foundation has donated the books and selected art prints to more than 200 leading academic and cultural institutions worldwide. These donations have reached universities and museums including HEC Paris, the University of Tokyo, Fudan University, and the Guggenheim Museum, contributing to teaching, research, and broader appreciation of Chinese art in an international context. Through its ongoing work, the Paning Centennial Foundation seeks to support dialogue between cultures, encourage thoughtful engagement with art, and promote the role of cultural exchange in education and global understanding.
