Hi there! We are Paperbox! Paperbox is an AI software company building the insurance mailroom of the future. Ever felt like you're waiting forever for your insurer to reply to your email? That's what we are solving! Insurance historically is a manual labor-intensive, admin-heavy industry. A lot of manual work goes into reading incoming requests, processing emails and attachments from central mailboxes, forwarding to colleagues, scheduling and prioritizing tasks and archiving information in insurance back-office systems. Our solution reduces friction and brings structure to the biggest bottleneck of insurance operations: the Mailroom. We believe technology should improve the way people interact, creating a future where nobody is put on hold.
