Our Services: Medical Transcription — Human transcription by specialists who understand clinical terminology, medico-legal language, and specialty-specific dictation patterns. We transcribe clinic notes, consultation reports, IME reports, WSIB assessments, and medico-legal documentation. Every report is quality-checked against the original audio before delivery. Medical Bookkeeping — Practice-specific financial management designed for solo and small-group physicians. We maintain clean monthly books, track collections ratios, separate clinical from administrative overhead, and produce financial statements that support operational decisions and eventual practice transitions. Practice Continuity Management — The infrastructure layer that independent physicians have never been sold properly. PCM combines accurate, retrievable documentation with clean, readable financial records — maintained continuously so that the practice retains its value through any transition, whether planned or unexpected.
