About Paradyme SOS Corporate Services Ltd.

Paradyme SOS is a DIFC incorporated company providing the only turnkey non-investment solution in UAE. We act as a unified non-investment team, managing all operational functions, empowering you to laser-focus on maximising investment returns and growing your firm. Founder & CEO Ken Ginsburg, a veteran COO/CFO of SAC Capital (Point 72), RBC Global Equity Derivatives and ARP Global Capital, with decades of experience across the US, UK, and UAE, created Paradyme because it was a solution he wished he had when he was setting up and managing firms in Dubai. Paradyme simplifies the process of researching, assessing, identifying and negotiating agreements within the complex ecosystem required to incorporate, authorise, launch and manage a regulated investment entity in UAE. From compliance to accounting, technology, administrative support, audit support and corporate governance, Paradyme takes care of all the complexities of non-investment operations. Paradyme’s model provides all of the benefits of an insourced COO, CFO, CTO and non-investment team, but with the time to market, flexibility and cost advantages of a turnkey solution, right sized to a firm’s requirements.
