About PARADYNE CONSULTING WORKS

Paradyne was founded in 2004 by Dr. Dorriah Rogers, and has since worked with over thirty Fortune 100 clients, dozens of state, provincial, and federal agencies, and many smaller progressive firms. In 2017, Jon Swartzentruber joined the firm as President & Managing Partner after serving for over a decade as Vice President of one of the three largest contracting organizations in North America. We help leaders, teams, and organizations produce sustainable, profitable results. We improve performance by dramatically improving candor, transparency, and accountability; building uncommon levels of collaboration and teamwork; and by leveraging our experience to engage personally and intimately with our clients in uncommonly effective ways.
