Parfums de Marly celebrates more than ten years of expertise and creative excellence launched by a lover of history and perfume: Julien Sprecher, brand founder and chairman. Parfums de Marly’s origins are closely linked to the history of France and to Louis XV in particular who nurtured two all-consuming passions for thoroughbred horses and perfume. In tribute to this period of history and the splendour of the 18th century – not only the age of enlightenment but also the age of perfume – Parfums de Marly revives the opulence of the Château de Marly and the Versailles court through creations which reflect the nobility of the time, a golden age for perfumery. A perfumery at a time before marketing, before globalisation, before massification. Parfums de Marly creations are now offered in its boutiques and selected distinguished stores across the world.
