About Park Hill Property

We are an Australian family owned land developer and residential builder, who have built a reputation for uncompromising quality. We focus on delivering a wide range of dynamic communities throughout Sydney and surrounds. We understand the importance of building homes and connecting communities for families. Our goal is for every homeowner to enjoy the process of purchasing a brand-new home and to thrive in their new community once they move in. Through careful planning, we align ourselves with our consultants and contractors to deliver the right mix of design, size, and service to suit families of all budgets. At Park Hill Property Group we believe in healthy living and the importance of creating strong community connections. We’re active even after our projects are complete, helping residents to build local relationships through social connections and events to bring residents together.
