Parker James Properties specializes in the acquisition and management of residential real estate in the greater Raleigh Triangle. We are a dedicated family run and operated company which allows us to ensure a higher touch of service to our clients and tenants alike. Our Story: After 10 years of running and operating a successful real estate and property management company in the heart of Silicon Valley, many of our California clients decided to explore other markets. With so much interest in the booming market within the greater Raleigh Triangle, in February 2022 we decided to take our decade of real estates experience and move our family and start a new venture, Parker James Properties. At our 1 year company anniversary in February 2023 we celebrated the management of 90+ properties, helped many first time investors break into the market with acquiring their first properties, and managed numerous value add projects. We have built our company on the foundation of communication, data driven analytics specific to the rental market, and full service real estate offerings to ensure a one stop shop to all real estate needs.
