Our team of engineers have worked on several complex transport planning projects involving traffic modelling, traffic impact analysis and the preparation of traffic control plans. Unlike large consulting firms, ParkTransit have a dedicated project manager to ensure there is only one point of contact - this process is necessary to guarantee all the project information is not only appropriately communicated among the team members (associated with a particular project), but also to the client’s representative. As a result of the above process, ParkTransit has been able to deliver projects well within the agreed budget and the required timeframes.
