About ParkZen

ParkZen is an AI-driven parking guidance platform powered by smart crowdsourcing and real-time data intelligence. Offered as both a standalone mobile app and a lightweight third-party API, ParkZen seamlessly integrates into any existing mobile ecosystem, allowing partners to leverage a critical mass of users from day one. Using anonymized, real-time input from users, ParkZen delivers highly accurate parking availability data—including specific vacated on-street spots and dynamic occupancy estimates for off-street lots. This enables a frictionless parking experience for drivers and delivers actionable business intelligence for parking operators, municipalities, and universities.
