Parmer Law, owned and operated by attorney Molly Hiland Parmer, provides experienced, effective, knowledgeable defense for clients facing any type of criminal charge. Molly specializes in handling high-stakes felony cases, particularly in federal court. Her familiarity with federal court stems from the years she worked as a trial lawyer with the Federal Defender Program and the hundreds of cases she handled from accusation through trial and appeal. She is an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law where she teaches Advanced Criminal Trial Advocacy, a course designed to teach law students how to effectively prepare for a federal criminal trial. Molly is also a nationally-recognized expert in the defense of sex crimes, and was a featured speaker on the topic for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She has been featured on a number of podcasts that discuss the law and criminal justice and frequently serves as a legal analyst on Court TV. Molly is on the Executive Board of Directors for the Georgia Innocence Project and the Alumni Board of Emory Law.
