About Parraghy Advisory

Parraghy Advisory was founded to help organizations become and remain innovative and ambidextrous, structurally capable of adapting to shifting conditions without losing strategic coherence. Most problems organizations experience stem from the assumptions underlying the choices behind the principles and mechanisms used to design the organization. By their nature, those problems cannot be solved through execution. Parraghy Advisory's core service is strategic advisory. Partners and clients engage the firm to bring a different quality of thinking to their most consequential decisions, grounded in systems and organizational science, and applied across governance design, organizational decision-making structures, and organizational design. Based in Switzerland, we partner with public and private organizations across industries, growth stages, markets, and business models.
