About Parrish Construction, Inc.

Parrish Construction Inc. is a licensed residential remodeling contractor serving the Greater Sacramento Area — specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, finish carpentry, and fireplace remodels that are built to last and designed to feel like home. We were founded on a simple belief: that remodeling done right isn't just about the finished product — it's about the entire experience. How the project is managed. How clients are kept informed. How decisions are made and documented. How the work is executed by people who take genuine pride in their craft. That philosophy earned us the 2025 NARI Remodeler of the Year award in the Residential Bath Under $40,000 category — a recognition we're proud of, not because of the title, but because of what it represents: a standard of work and a way of operating that our clients consistently recognize and refer. We run every project through a dedicated client portal where homeowners can follow the schedule in real time, review daily logs and progress photos, access all project documents, and communicate directly with our team — all in one place. No wondering what's happening. No chasing updates. Just a clear view of your project from start to finish. Our team works across Carmichael, Roseville, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, and the broader Sacramento region. Whether you're planning a full primary suite renovation, a kitchen transformation, or custom trim work that a production builder couldn't execute — we're the team that takes that kind of project seriously. For interior designers, architects, and real estate professionals: We work alongside trade partners throughout the Sacramento region on projects that require precision, clear communication, and a contractor who can execute to a high design standard. If you work with clients who are investing in their homes at a serious level, we'd welcome the conversation. CSLB #1115328 · Licensed · Bonded · Insured · parrishbuilds.com
