We are bringing down traditional barriers to allow more people to invest and experience real estate in prime locations at a fraction of the price while providing an end-to-end property management service. We entirely manage and handle the properties, ensuring their livability and quality over time, so that the only thing left for you to do is to book your preferred days through our proprietary smart booking system. In summary, we combine a transparent, accessible and convenient real estate investment with the fractional ownership of a vacation property. The company was founded in 2022 by a team with experience in business, tech and real estate and is backed by prominent international VCs.
