About Patchett Design Group

Patchett Design Group (PDG) is a civil engineering firm in Las Vegas focused on commercial land development, residential master planning, and public infrastructure project across Southern Nevada. Our work reduces early risk, clarifies permitting, and protects schedule. Most of a project’s cost and risk are set long before construction begins, and that’s where civil engineering has the most leverage. We focus on the decisions that shape grading, drainage, utilities, and feasibility while they are still flexible, affordable, and reversible. We help developers move through entitlement and permitting with fewer surprises by: • Identifying risk early • Clarifying agency requirements • Flagging issues before submittal • Coordinating proactively with reviewing agencies • Supporting the field with fast, practical answers once construction starts Our experience includes commercial development, residential master planning, backbone infrastructure, off-site improvements, regional drainage, and utility coordination with the local reviewing agencies. If you’re building in Southern Nevada and value clarity, judgment, and predictability in the civil process, we’re always open to a conversation.
