About Paterson Project Management, Inc

SOUTH FLORIDA'S AWARD-WINNING NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION AND HOME RENOVATION After more than 25 years of on-the-job experience, we have earned a reputation as a premier construction company in South Florida, providing new home construction and property development services to residents from Miami to Palm Beach. Our organization’s growth and success is defined by the dedicated people who make up our team. Without a loyal, efficient, and safety-minded work force, Paterson Project Management could not excel so decisively against our competition. We provide in-house structural crews, metal framing, drywall hanging, finishing, carpenters, marble and tile crews. This allows us to run a much more timely and efficient organization. The hassle of running permits to and from governmental agencies takes hours of frustration away from our customers. Keeping all crews, project managers, and supervisors in close proximity allows us to attend to our customers needs at all times. For this reason, we specialize in the east quadrant of Broward County. Concentrating in the upscale neighborhoods of Victoria Park, Cooley Hammock, the Las Olas Isles, and Coral Ridge.
