About Paul Davis Canada

Paul Davis is one of North America's largest full-service emergency mitigation, restoration and reconstruction companies. We operate more than 370 locations handling emergency claims and restoration projects for insurance and commercial clients. Regardless of what causes an emergency—water release, flooding, fire, smoke, extreme weather or the discovery of a hazard such as mould—we respond quickly to ensure the health and safety of building occupants and to mitigate damage. We minimize the disruption of normal household or business activities and restore damaged property and belongings. While there are several players in our industry, restoration contractors are not all the same. We believe we are the most caring and conscientious company and lead the field with consistently excellent, sustainable services and by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Throughout the Paul Davis network, our people genuinely care about customers. To provide evidence for this claim and support our continuous improvement plans, we stand alongside worldwide customer service leaders in measuring our performance with the Net Promoter Score program (NPS).
