About Paul Pybus Scaffolding Limited

The most innovative & reputable specialist scaffolding company in the North-East working with small builders to large companies UK wide. Paul Pybus Scaffolding Ltd was formed in 2007 by Paul Pybus and Colin Pybus and since then has become a leading provider of specialist innovative scaffolding services with an unrivalled commitment to providing a professional and quality of service. We know our employees are the heart of our business and are a vital part of its success. Our rapid growth and achievements coupled with our proactive approach to health & safety has only been achieved by retaining many of our core employees and management team who have been with us since the start and have over 40 years’ experience. Not only does this reassure our clients that all our core policies are upheld but also encourages them to stay with us and work with us long term. It is vital that we ensure that all our employees are trained to a highly skilled level in all areas including health & safety and protection in their working environment, but we actively encourage them to look after their mental health and offer support as and when needed. By employing the right calibre of people and continuing to upskill and train them we know our staff are highly motivated and take pride in their work to deliver innovative, exciting, and highly specialised projects. For us it doesn’t matter how many vision statements, or company mission statements are developed if our team of scaffolders simply don’t care or aren’t capable of delivering our specialists projects then we as a company will never be able to operate and grow through providing our high quality service.
