Pauzible is a UK-based company, reinventing home financing through innovative solutions that help business BTL landlords find simpler, cheaper, and quicker financing for their properties. The founding team has decades of experience in financial markets, having worked within large financial institutions, such as HSBC, Barclays, NatWest, Deutsche Bank, and Merrill Lynch. The team recognises that innovative financial solutions available to institutions are not available to everyday property owners when they face financial challenges. Pauzible is on mission to provide sustainable financial solutions to BTL property owners, monetizing what they own, thereby enabling them to prosper through homeownership.

Founded in 2023 by Aivanaa Maraea, Prateek Solapurker, Rajesh Pai and Sunil Chander.
