Launched in 2015, PawSquad was the UK’s first online veterinary consultation service, passionate about making professional veterinary advice more accessible and affordable for pet owners. We believe that all pet parents have the right to expert advice anytime, anywhere and our mission is to be the most accessible and supportive pet healthcare service in the world. We provide 24/7 instant access to experienced UK-registered veterinarians by video, audio or live text chat consultation, right from a laptop or mobile phone. We work with a wide range of businesses within the pet industry (including veterinary clinics, pet insurers, charities, pet food manufacturers, eRetailers and other pet tech businesses) to add value to their customer propositions.
