About Pay Prompt

Prompt payment and adjudication are coming to Ontario’s construction industry this October. New laws will require mandatory notice and payment terms. Adjudication will result in the rapid resolution of contract disputes. Pay Prompt allows you to keep track of the new deadlines and requirements with a web-based solution. Pay Prompt was founded by Faren Bogach, Krista Chaytor and Jeff Scorgie, three lawyers who practice construction law.
