About PBI Sports & Entertainment

PBI Sports & Entertainment represents professional sports coaches, front office executives, and entertainment artists who want to advance their careers. We work with over 70 clients, including coaches and general managers across the NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, and European leagues, along with NCAA coaches, Olympians, and musical artists. Most of our work involves contract negotiations, but we've learned that successful careers require more than just good deals. The sports and entertainment industries can be complex. People get exploited, make poor career moves, or miss opportunities because they lack the right guidance. We help our clients navigate these challenges by managing their business affairs, protecting their interests, and assisting them in making smart career decisions. Our approach is simple. We build relationships with decision-makers across the industry so that when opportunities arise, they call us to see if we know someone who would be a good fit. We get to know each client's goals, help them understand their options, and position them for future opportunities when the time is right. We're also here when you need us most. Whether it's handling media relations, leading your contract negotiations, or helping you prepare behind the scenes, you have someone in your corner 24/7. We manage the business side so you can focus on what you do best. We've been doing this for 15 years because we believe talented people deserve representation that truly cares about their long-term success, not just the next contract. Whether you're a coach looking to advance when opportunities arise, a front office executive planning your next move, or an artist building your career, we're here to help you reach your goals.
