We assist individuals dealing with a range of mental health conditions, including high levels of stress, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, eating disorders, bipolar affective disorder, substance dependence, and other mental health conditions. Our primary focus is to help these individuals participate in meaningful activities and enhance their day-to-day functioning. At Peak Living OT, we help our clients better understand their mental health condition and actively participate in their own wellness. We also help develop skills for greater independence within the community, including assistance with self-care, cultivating hobbies and interests, returning to work, and connecting with community groups and agencies.
