Peak Management and Consultancy was established in 2019 to provide management and consultancy services to RTOs operating in Australia servicing either domestic or international students, The executives of Peak Management and Consultancy have a passion for success within the Australian vocational education and training environment. Drawing on our years of knowledge and understanding of RTO management, we will be able support your RTO through registration and compliance audits using our tried and tested management and quality systems. For existing RTOs, we provide our shared services simplify processes and efficacy whist ensuring your registered training organisation adheres to all regulations and processes. We can work with you on RTO policy and procedure reviews, quality management system reviews, staff management, business development and more. Peak Management and Consultancy equips clients with the skills and knowledge they require to run their RTO with confidence and success. We enable our clients to develop, enhance and provide quality training and assessment programs that are flexible and innovative and that lead to learner outcomes and employer satisfaction.
