Peapod employs a traditional deep value strategy focused on identifying overlooked companies trading at discounts to estimated replacement cost or liquidation value—an approach we refer to as value arbitrage. Our investment process emphasizes balance sheet strength and targets a less efficient, often underfollowed segment of the market. This approach may provide differentiated exposure relative to more conventional strategies, depending on market conditions and other factors. We serve high-net-worth individuals, single-family offices, endowments, and pension funds through separately managed accounts (SMAs).
