Pearl Hospitality Group is a Jacksonville-based restaurant group building a portfolio of distinct, chef-driven concepts that redefine what dining looks like on the First Coast. We don't operate lookalike restaurants. Every Pearl concept is designed from the ground up — its story, its kitchen, its music, its neighborhood fit — so each one belongs exactly where it stands. Our concepts: • Izakaya Ko — a Japanese gastropub in Jax Beach built around binchotan fire, shared plates, late-night pours, and the unhurried spirit of a true izakaya. • Koto — a Japanese listening bar and izakaya in LaVilla, drawing on Tokyo vinyl culture and LaVilla's jazz legacy. Opening Winter 2025 at 927 W Forsyth St. • Norikawa — a refined modern Japanese omakase opening Mid-2026 at 1 Riverside Ave, with panoramic views of the St. Johns River. What we do: We develop, launch, and operate multi-concept hospitality brands — from concept design and culinary direction to buildout, operations, and team development. Our team combines deep restaurant operations experience with a sharp design and brand lens that treats every detail as part of the guest story.
