About Pebble Mountain Properties Limited

I would very much like to tell you a bit more about what it is that makes Pebble Mountain Properties Limited different to all the other letting companies in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire. Having had personal experience of being both a tenant and a landlord myself I am only too aware of the pitfalls, expectations and sometimes ridiculous situations in which we can sometimes find ourselves. As a wise man once said to me - 'Here's a magic paintbrush - paint me a picture of what you expect your letting agent to do for you'. And here I am. I can't deliver miracles, and I'm not in the business of making false promises, however I can promise a 100% attitude to making your letting experience in the north east of Scotland the best it can be. Available outside of 'normal' working hours and not registered for VAT, these are just two of the significant advantages of using Pebble Mountain Properties. This keeps your bills down and a 'can-do' attitude which benefits us all in the big scheme of things. So - if you're looking for an amazing apartment or house to move yourself or your family or if you are maybe looking to earn a bit of extra income by letting out your home, give me a call... I'll be delighted to hear from you.
