PEDDESWAR HEALTH CARE CENTER (PHCC),Vijayawada was inaugurated on 23rd June 1999 with 20 beds under the name HEART CARE CENTER(HCC) . The hospital achieved its FIRST MILESTONE with the extension of the hospital to 50 beds and the inauguration of the Cathlab on 27 th June 2007. The SECOND MILESTONE was the establishment of department of Cardiothoracic surgery with the opening of 2 modular theaters and extension of beds to 100 on 24 th April 2011. OUR THRID MILESTONE came with the joining of our CEO & his vision of rebranding HEART CARE CENTER (HCC) TO PEDDESWAR HEART CARE CENTER & MULTISPECIALITY HOSPITAL(PHCC&MSH) & extended the beds from 100 to 150. Heart Care Centre has screened & treated over 10 Lakh patients Successfully as of april 2023 since its inception and has the distinction of consistently delivering a success rate of 99.7% in heart surgeries and 99% in emergency medical management as of date. The hospital has performed 30000 angiograms, with an average of 10 angios per day.we performed around 6700 Angioplasties with 100% Success Rate, 5500 CT Surgeries with 99.7% Success Rate and 1000 primary PTCAs for acute heart attack.We have also successfully performed 10 ASD closures,100 Permanent pacemaker implatations & one TAVI procedure till date. All this has been possible due our ever growing infrastructure along with a single minded focus of always putting our patients needs first.
