PEGASUS GROUP PEGASUS GROUP is a Strategic Planning, Project Development and Design/Construction Consultant that provides Owner’s Representative services by managing the capital project delivery process from the “owners” point of view. We represent the interest of our clients through the planning, design, construction and post occupancy phases of capital projects. Our core business is exclusively representing owners. This enables each member of the project team - owner, designer and constructor to do their job so the project will be a success for all involved. We hold ourselves and the other members of the team accountable for the commitments they make throughout the project.
