About Pelichet Production

At Pelichet Production, we partner exclusively with forward-thinking organizations, those who understand that growth comes from connection, and connection comes from understanding people. We don’t do quick fixes. We don’t chase trends. We dig deep, uncover the truth behind your business, and translate that into strategy, design, and storytelling that actually moves the needle. Since 2019, we’ve proudly served New York City, providing data-driven strategy and award-worthy design work for industries like commercial construction, architecture & design, fashion, real estate, and hospitality groups. But moving forward, our focus is clear. Because of our founder Torris Pelichet’s deep roots and decades of experience in the hospitality industry, we’re now zeroed in on solving complex brand and business challenges specifically for hospitality brands. For organizations who feel like they're going in the wrong direction, have lost their way, or are searching for a new path, our Restaurant Turnaround service is built for you. If you're open-minded and ready to make a bold change, we’ll help you rediscover your purpose, reposition your brand, and rebuild with clarity. We have a risk-free policy and satisfaction guarantee. We will do everything in our power to ensure the success of your project and the fulfillment of your objectives We GUARANTEE our clients will be satisfied with the results that we deliver based upon our agreements or we will keep working until the agreed-upon objectives are met. With many of our services, including our Operations Audits and Assessments, we GUARANTEE in writing to increase your revenue or save your business two times more money than our fee.
