About Penduka Development Trust

Our Mission: At Penduka, we use a social-enterprise model to catalyse economic and social empowerment for women from marginalised communities. Through training, secure employment and entrepreneurial support, women become creators of value in craft, hospitality, retail and beyond. Skill-building meets creativity From embroidery to jewellery-making, our artisans are equipped to design, produce and commercialise their craft.
