Since its launch in 2016, Pendulum has acquired over $500 million of real estate in Southern California in joint ventures with institutional capital. In addition to Pendulum’s owned portfolio, we currently asset manage over 3.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space, as well as over 800 apartment units on behalf of our strategic partner, The Seligman Group.
