About Pennsylvania Association of Notaries

The Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN) is a professional notary organization which provides step-by-step guidance on becoming a PA notary and renewing your notarial commission. PAN specializes in state-approved notary and motor vehicle education at various locations throughout the state. Our Member Service Representatives are all notaries who answer notarial and motor vehicle questions by phone, email and through live chat on PAN’s Web site at www.notary.org. Established in 1955 as America’s first notary association, PAN is headquartered in Pittsburgh.
