About Pension Leuchtenburg

The Pension Leuchtenburg is a 500 year old building with only 12, through the renovated architecture studio Biquadra, newly renovated rooms. The house includes a private lakeside property with bio sauna and a panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Kaltern. The vision of this special house is to become the center for leadership and personal development. It is the energy place for coaches, consultants and yoga teachers for their retreats. At the same time, we aspire to become the most attractive employer in the hotel & hospitality industry in our region and beyond. Through new work processes, we consciously break rules in the hospitality industry in order to put people, i.e. guests and employees at the same time, in the center.
